The National Football League, Inc., as an amicus curiae supporting the Cleveland Browns, Inc.'s petition for review to the Supreme Court of Ohio, challenging an alleged breach of contract by the Browns.
The shipping firm Seariver Maritime, Inc., an Exxon Corp. subsidiary and the
owners of the former Exxon Valdez tanker vessel, in an appeal to the United
States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Alaska presenting issues of
federal court jurisdiction and interpretation of the federal consent
